The request form runs on Google Forms. What you fill in ends up in our planning: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the date and what you have in mind. We use it to answer you and to prepare the evening.
We do not sell anything on and we do not add you to a mailing list. Requests that come to nothing are removed from the planning after two years. If a booking goes ahead we keep the details longer, because Dutch law requires seven years of records.
Our hosting company keeps technical logs, as every web server does. Those include your IP address. We do not use them for analysis; they are there for faults and abuse.
The calendar pulls the free dates live from a script running at Google. Your browser contacts Google to do that, even if you do nothing else. Some pages show NASA’s picture of the day, which is fetched the same way.
Fonts and images sit on our own server. Nothing leaves the site for those.
If you give permission, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages get read, how visitors arrive and where they drop off. That uses cookies. Google processes this data and may store it outside the European Union.
If you do not give permission, Google Analytics is never loaded and nothing is sent. Your choice is remembered locally in your browser. To change it, clear the site data in your browser and the question comes back.
We do not use this data for advertising and we do not tie it to a person.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. An email to info@borisov.amsterdam is enough. If we cannot sort it out together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
This statement describes the site as it runs today. If something material changes, we update it.
Fill in the request form and we'll hold this date as an option in your name for fourteen days. No commitment. After that it simply frees up again.
